About The Department
The Electrical department is the oldest department, established since the inception of the institute in 2004; The Department offers Undergraduate and Post graduate program in Electrical Engineering. ME program was Introduced in the year 2013. The Electrical Department is actively engaged in teaching, co-curricular, and social activities. It has excellent infrastructure with advanced laboratories like Power System Protection, Electrical Machines, High Voltage, Power Electronics, and Research Lab for PG students.
The Department provides knowledge-based technology and services to meet the needs of society globally. The department's emphasis is on skill development in students to make them employable and nurture them to become entrepreneurs. The Department train students in a manner that they should function effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary groups in their practice of the electrical engineering profession.
