Ahmedabad Institute of Technology (AIT) was established in 2004 by Ashok Education Landmark Trust with objective to provide youth quality Technical Education, to fulfill the aspirations of the students and their parents. AIT is an ISO certified institute affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE, New Delhi), having lush green campus spread over 7 acres of land. This institute with multidisciplinary setting in Engineering and Management is engaged in educating professionals who will be facilitating the transition from design to product and from product to start-up to create multi-ethnic and environmentally sustainable ecosystem. AIT is having association with various professional bodies to foster practical and industry required teaching - learning approach along with modern internal infrastructure inclusive of well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, library, canteens, stationery store, workshop, seminar hall, etc.

  • Gold Medal in M.E. Production Engineering in 2019 (Mr. Ronak Raval) and 2015 (Ms. Hinal Thakkar)
  • 1st Rank (10 out of 10 SPI) in GTU BE Computer Engineering Program Sem-8 Result in 2019 (Ms. Drashti Savaliya)
  • 1st Rank (10 out of 10 SPI) in GTU BE Mechanical Engineering Program Sem-8 Result in 2019 (Mr. Yash Patel)
  • CE/IT students’ team won the National level “Smart India Hackathon2018” with a cash prize of Rs. 50,000 from Gujarat Government
  • Student teams of Mechanical Engineering won both 1st and 2nd prizes in poster competition organized by ISRO in 2018.

  • AITians secured ranks in various National and International Motorsports events like SAE BAJA India, Enduro Students India, Go Kart by Nexus Motorsports, and Supra SAE India (GT Motorsports), etc.
  • AIT Students from various departments were selected & successfully completed the two months International Experience Program with universities in the US and Canada.
  • AIT Students were part of the GTU team in SUPRA SAEINDIA 2017 (GT Motorsports) held at Buddh International Circuit, Noida, and won trophy signing with INR 2 lakhs.
  • Student team of Electronics and Communication department is awarded by GTU INNOVATION COUNCIL for doing Research in Technology & Global-Indian Entrepreneur Ecosystem.
  • Student teams of the Mechanical Engineering department had secured 1st Runner up Position at ISHARE.
  • Student teams of the Civil Engineering department won the 1st Prize in GTU Central TechFest in 2018.
  • 1st rank in GTU- Ms. Drashti Savaliya (150020107095) got 1st rank in GTU
  • International Karate Champion- one of our student Rahul Kumar (170020107026) showcased his talent and won so many awards and prizes by giving us proud feeling.
