The Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of Business Administration (BBA) undergraduate program at Ahmedabad Institute of Technology is to prepare students that:

PSO1: Excellent adaptability to function in multi-disciplinary work environment, good interpersonal skills, as a leader in a team in appreciation of professional; ethics & social responsibilities.

PSO2: The ability to analyze, design, and implement application specific strategies in the areas of integrated marketing communication, Sales & Distribution Management, Consumer Behaviour, Product & Brand Management, and Service Marketing by applying basic management fundamentals.

PSO3: The ability to analyze, design, and implement application specific strategies in the areas of Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Financial Derivatives, Insurance and Risk Management, International Finance, and Corporate Restructuring and Valuation by applying basic management fundamentals.

PSO4: The ability to analyze, design, and implement application specific strategies in the areas of Compensation Management, Performance Appraisal, HR Audit, HR Planning & Development, and Change Management & Organizational Development by applying basic management fundamentals.

PSO5: The ability to understand concepts, working, and applicability of various functional aspects i.e. Social entrepreneurship, Legal aspects of business, Financial planning & taxation, International business, Project management, Intellectual property rights, ERP, etc. for better career growth organizational success.

PSO6: The ability to adopt rapid changes in various sectors like Tourism &Hospitality, Industrial relations & labour laws, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Customer relationship Management, Banking, Social Media Analytics, Export-Imports etc. with an understanding of social & ecological issues relevant to professional management practices.

Domain Knowledge: Apply knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems.

Industry knowledge / Business Skills: Integrate and apply skills and knowledge across business disciplines to effectively manage in dynamic environments.

Analysis: Develop analytical and critical thinking abilities to scan and critically analyze the environment for effective decision making. Analyze and synthesize information across disciplines/functions in order to evaluate business opportunities and make sound business decisions

Communication: Assess and develop the ability to communicate effectively (speak, listen, read, write) with the internal and external stakeholders, and create an environment where effective communication can occur.

International / Global Orientation: Demonstrate and apply global (cultural, political, historical, geographic, environmental, and economic) perspectives to decision- making within a complex and changing world context.
